Mr. Mohamed Aldamati is Chartered Accountant and currently provides financial advices for different companies like IST networks, Computek International and one of leading companies in oil & gas in Egypt. and has directed many companies to achieve  different projects in restructuring ,Merge , Acquisition & financial evaluation . Prior to that he was Financial Manager for many companies from 1983 till 1999 for many companies like GAPCO, Petro Gas, Kuwaiti Egyptian plastics Company, Egypt Delta Aromatic, Al Goof for mineral Water, Gama Trade and Universal Industrial Group.

 Mr. Mohamed was a direct entrant into Finance having graduated in Accounting. 

Mr. Mohamed qualified as an Accountant in 1973 from with his BSc in Finance  from  Cairo University with one of leading audit companies in Egypt and was afforded the opportunity to spend time at Egyptian Society for Auditors & Accountants to have deep knowledge in Advanced Financial restructuring , accounting & Auditing. 

Mr. Mohamed has always been involved in the financial and operational restructuring of organizations with local, multi national companies from 1983 has been increasingly involved in restructuring financial services organizations. 

Mr. Mohamed  is a Member of: Egypt Society For Taxation , Egypt Society for Accountants & Auditors and Egyptian General Register for Accountants & Auditors

A. Aldamati is Chartered Accountant and he is an Accounting, Finance and tax specialist with a vast academic and professional experience in the fields of investments, economics, tax planning, financial planning business administration and management. Mr. Damati provides tax and accounting advises since 2008. Prior to that, Mr. Damati was focusing in the Financial Auditing.

Mr Damati enhanced his career by joining CFA Egypt society as Member.

Mr. Damati’s academic background endowed him with business leadership, financial planning, tax assessment and competitiveness as he holds an MBA degree, from the Arab Academy for Financial & Banking Science. Association of Egypt Society For Taxation, and a BSc in Finance, Accounting from the Cairo University and he also completed his training in The American University In Cairo that helped him to enhance his academic experience in Fixed Income, Portfolio Management and Equity Investments corporate finance.   

His education is not limited to academic studies; as he participated, spoke and attended seminars, trainings and workshops provided during his career like Global Independence, Planning International Taxation and income Tax Treaties Assessment.

Mr. Damati is a Member of CFA Egypt Society, Association Of Egypt Society for Accounting & Auditors , General Register for Accountants & Auditors
